Coca-Cola 125th Anniversary Korean Package and VIP Gift Edition

먼저 일반 판매용 코카-콜라 125주년 기념 한정판 보틀패키지입니다.

First up is the Coca-Cola 125th Anniversary Limited Edition Bottle Package for public sales.

 

125주년 기념 한정판 패키지는 6개들이 종이팩에 담겨져 있습니다.

The 125th Anniversary Limited Edition package contains 6 pieces in a paper pack.

 

제가 알기론 한국에선 처음 출시된 랩핑보틀입니다. 뚜껑도 일회용 트위스트 캡이구요. 무엇보다 정말 이쁩니다. 외국 코카-콜라 수집하는 친구들로부터 구해달라는 요구가 끊이질 않습니다.

As far as I know, this is the first wrapped bottle released in Korea. It even has a disposable twist cap. Above all, it's incredibly awesome. I've been getting constant requests from overseas Coca-Cola collectors to get one.

옆면은 날개처럼 펼쳐지고 좌측에는 코카-콜라 병의 변천사가, 우측에는 간략한 125주년 기념사같은 글이 적혀 있습니다.

Removing the top case reveals a single aluminum contour bottle (empty inside).
The sides unfold like wings, and the left side features a history of the Coca-Cola bottle, and the right side features a brief 125th anniversary commemorative text.

 

 

케이스의 제일 위쪽 커버를 열면 코카-콜라 병의 변천사가 간략하게 설명되고 있습니다.

2011년 칸은 컨투어보틀 모양으로 뚫려있고, 이번에 출시된 125주년 한정판 패키지가 들어앉아 있습니다.

Opening the top cover of the case reveals a brief history of the Coca-Cola bottle. The 2011 compartment is shaped like a contour bottle and houses the limited edition 125th anniversary packaging.

 

 

125주년 기념핀(뱃지)도 받았는데 사진을 안 찍었네요. 그래서 코카-콜라스토어에 있는 판매용 사진으로 대신 올립니다. 마찬가지로 일반 판매중인 아이템이고 $5.99입니다. 예전에 제가 어렸을 때는 이러저런 기념 뱃지도 많고, 모으는 사람도 많았는데 요즘은 통 보기가 어렵네요.

I also received a commemorative 125th anniversary pin (badge), but I didn't take a picture. So, instead, I'm posting a photo of the one for sale at the Coca-Cola Store. It's also a regular item, and costs $5.99. Back when I was young, there were a lot of commemorative badges, and many people collected them, but these days, they're rare.

 

예전에 한 번 포스팅 했었는데, 핀(pin, 뱃지)은 코카-콜라의 올림픽 스폰서쉽의 주요 아이템입니다. 그래서 올림픽이 열리는 주경기장에 가면 코카-콜라에서 설치한 뱃지 교환센터(pin trading center)가 있고, 해당국 올림픽위원회와 별도로 다양한 핀을 제작하여 판매합니다.

As I've posted before, pins (badges) are a key component of Coca-Cola's Olympic sponsorship. Therefore, at the main stadiums where the Olympics are held, Coca-Cola has set up a pin trading center, where it produces and sells various pins independently from the respective national Olympic committees.
