Coca-Cola 125th Anniversary Gift Package for the US and UK 125주년 미국, 영국 코카콜라

오늘은 미국와 영국에서 발매된 코카-콜라 125주년 기념 한정 패키지 입니다. 코카-콜라가 탄생한 미국과 미국과 매우 밀접한 관계에 있는 영국에서 제작된 패키지로 아주 심플한 디자인이지만 코카-콜라 125주년의 의미가 잘 담겨진 것 같습니다.

Today I have a limited edition package commemorating the 125th anniversary of Coca-Cola released in the US and UK. The package was made in the US, the birthplace of Coca-Cola, and the UK, which has a very close relationship with the US. It has a very simple design, but I think it captures the meaning of Coca-Cola's 125th anniversary well.

 

최근 몇 년전부터 진행하고 있는 Open Happiness 캠페인 디자인 모티브를 그대로 사용하였고, 125 years of sharing happiness라는 문구가 프린트 되어 있습니다.

The design motif of the Open Happiness campaign, which has been ongoing for the past few years, has been used as is, and the phrase “125 years of sharing happiness” is printed on it.

 

병목부위에 125주년 축하 안내 카드가 걸려있습니다. 이 패키지는 일반 판매용으로 제작된 것은 아니고 지난 4월 30일 미국 아틀란타에서 진행된 코카-콜라 콘서트 현장에 참석한 VIP들을 대상으로 배포되었다고 합니다.

A 125th anniversary celebration card hangs on the bottle neck. This package was not produced for general sale, but was distributed to VIPs attending the Coca-Cola concert held in Atlanta, USA on April 30th.

 

영국에서 발매된 패키지입니다. 미국 패키지와 비슷해 보이지만, 미국 패키지의 빨간 띠부분에 프린트된 텍스트와 코카-콜라 병 디자인 사이즈가 조금 작습니다. 그리고 "since 1886"이라는 문구가 없습니다.

This is the package released in the UK. It looks similar to the US package, but the text printed on the red band and the Coca-Cola bottle design are slightly smaller. Also, the phrase "since 1886" is missing.

 

미국 패키지와 마찬가지로 일반 판매용으로 제작된 것은 아니고 관계인들 증정용으로 한정 제작된 패키지 입니다.

Like the American package, this is not a package made for general sale, but rather a limited edition package made for gifting to related parties.

Below is the 125th Anniversary commemorative packaging for general sale in the United States.

 

요즘 가장 흔히 볼 수 있는 일반적인 형태의 컨투어 유리병 중앙 부분에 빨간 라벨부분이 프린트된 형태입니다. 

This is the most common form of contour glass bottle these days, with a red label printed in the center.

 

가운데 빨간 라벨 부분에 보이시죠? 8온스, 237ml 용량의 유리병입니다.

Do you see the red label in the middle? It's an 8-ounce, 237ml glass bottle.

 

뚜껑(크라운)도 125주년용으로 제작한 나라들이 있지만, 이번 미국판 보틀에는 그냥 Cokeⓡ라고만 되어 있네요.

Some countries even produced caps (crowns) specifically for the 125th anniversary, but this American bottle simply says Coke®.
